If you like bacon & pancakes you will like this combination. I watched a friend do this at a breakfast with a bunch of youth from our church. It was a HIT so I wanted to try it for my family. Easy to make and yummy to eat. Great combo. Hope your family enjoys it too.

This is a recipe that my grandma Frehner made for the family when we all got together. It's super simple, makes a lot of food and fills tummies. In 1965 my mom (Patrice Miller) went to visit her uncle Graeme Frehner and his family in California. After a fun afternoon on the beach they made this yummy taco salad they called Bachelor’s Delight. It has been a family favorite ever since. The perfect meal for large groups. Its very easy to make and so yummy!
